2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you join a paid plan and decide it's not for you, you have 24 hours from the moment of payment to request a full refund — for any reason at all.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment date and time.
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only — subscription renewals are not eligible.
- Refunds are returned to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Allow 3–7 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Renewals
King IPTV subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you'd prefer not to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the charge doesn't go through. Renewal payments that have already processed are not eligible for a refund — reach out to support before your renewal date if you need help cancelling.
5. Exceptions
A refund may not be issued in these specific situations:
- The refund request arrives more than 24 hours after the initial payment.
- The account has been suspended for a violation of our Terms & Conditions — for example, credential sharing or attempting to bypass regional restrictions.
- A chargeback has been filed with your bank or card provider. If you've done this by mistake, contact us directly and we'll sort it out together.
6. Having a Technical Issue?
Before requesting a refund, please give our support team a chance to fix things. Buffering, missing channels, and connection issues are almost always resolved within a few minutes. Our team is online 24/7 via WhatsApp and genuinely wants your stream working perfectly.
